We are an ISA-authorized property management company specializing in the management of housing companies located in the Helsinki metropolitan area.

We stand out by offering property management at a fully fixed monthly fee. Aarre Kiinteä is a fully fixed-price property management service that includes everything. The contract has no additional billing items or separate fee schedules. All property management services are included in the fixed price — including technical property management.

We offer and train Finland’s top professionals, because good property management belongs to everyone.

Driven by high customer satisfaction, we are growing into a significant player in the Helsinki metropolitan area. By 2029, we will be managing 350 housing companies in Helsinki, Espoo and Vantaa, as well as in surrounding municipalities on a case-by-case basis.

We operate as an organization comprising 10–12 property management teams, where the core team consists of two property managers, a property assistant and a technical property manager. The team organization enables thorough knowledge of our clients. We strive for long-term and financially sustainable client relationships.

We provide property management at a fully fixed fee, which also includes property manager’s certificates and supervision of shareholder renovations. Authorized Property Management Company (ISA)

We are an ISA authorized property management company. The external evaluation report on the operations of Aarre Isännöinti Oy was completed on 9 December 2022. The evaluation was carried out by DNV GL Business Assurance Finland. According to the customer satisfaction survey (2022/11), customer satisfaction is at a high level (NPS=44).

Key Flag Company

Aarre Isännöinti Oy was the first Finnish property management company to be awarded the Key Flag symbol for quality and expertise by the Association for Finnish Work in 2009. We are proud that all our services are and will continue to be carried out by Finnish professionals.
